Bill is your dedicated Executive Partner. He had over 25 years working across a number of blue chip retail companies. Perhaps most relevantly, he spent some of those years at B&Q as an Omnichannel Advisor and laterally as a Category Director. More recently, Bill headed up the Retail Practice for ThoughtWorks, a company at the cutting edge of delivering bespoke Software Solutions for many organisations. As a result, Bill is a business leader with a unique blend of both business acumen and technological know-how.
Micarla Sullivan_
Executive Partner_
Micarla is a product and technology practitioner with a background in agile, lean and design thinking and has experience across both start-ups and corporate enterprise environments. Throughout her career, Micarla has worn many hats, as a Delivery Principal, Chief Product Officer, acting Head of Engineering and Professional Service Manager for a consulting firm. It’s this breadth of experience and her belief in anatomy, mastery and purpose - that has made her a passionate people person who enjoys helping individuals and teams grow.

Kelly has spent ten years in recruitment, with a career spanning two continents and many different industries. Kelly has recruited for a wealth of different roles within procurement, investment banking, hedge funds and private equity firms. She knows how to develop her skills within different markets to get the best for her clients.

Marc is an expert in everything business-related and he guides and advises. He brings a wealth of business acumen – so, he knows what drives hiring decisions and what attracts candidates.
He started his career as a criminal barrister so it’s all about the detail where Marc is concerned. Nowadays, he’s a very well-respected businessman in the sports media sector. In a former life, as the CEO of BT TV, he changed the UK television market forever, with the launch of BT Sport.

Lou has worked in recruitment for over fifteen years and has the empathy and skill to really understand what makes people tick. She has the innate ability to level with both clients and candidates alike and is delighted to still be working with many of the clients she started working with in her first recruitment role.
