The client is a growing online beauty retailer based in Manchester who have made their name sourcing niche, first to market beauty products. 100% driven by their customers, what they desire + how they want to shop. Described as the go to destination for the beauty obsessed, boasting 7,000 products onsite + new launches every week.

Currently looking for new talent with a Software Engineer background. Must be driven, passionate, and wanting to advance their career.

This is key role, leading and monitoring a small group of devs in a fast paced, agile team who use multiple CI tools to get the job done. Workload is shared amongst the team, therefore the ability to be hands on, get stuck in and balance management duties key.

This is a Full Stack developer role with JavaScript as well as Node + .Net Core

​

Essential Skills:

• Currently an aspiring developer looking to take a step up into Senior role, must be hands on with experience of mentoring those around you.

• Strong full stack expertise with skills in JavaScript and/or .NET Core

• Knowledge/ willingness to learn React, Node and Node APIs

• Experience designing and/or interacting with RESTful APIs

• Application/API performance and optimisation knowledge

• Experience with test-driven development

• Knowledge of AWS services and APIs
